Weekly tele-conferences

The group has a weekly tele-conference meeting. Currently this is held every Thursday at 08:15 Pacific time.

An agenda is circulated in advance of each meeting, and will include items on current projects.

The meeting is normally hosted on Webex Https://global.gotomeeting.com/meeting/join/202846389

Each of the meetings has minutes and these may be viewed on the IEEE Central Desktop repository. The meetings are also audio recorded. Contact one of the chairs to be given access.

Face to face working group meetings

The group has regular face to face meetings, typically held three times per year, at venues around the world.
Meetings are normally 2 or 3 days in duration, and will be held to discuss and work on current projects.

Other meetings

The group arranges and attends other meetings in order to promote the standards and work of the group. This includes tutorials and workshops at conferences, such as the IEEE/EMBS annual conference.

The group also provides a tutorial on the standards at meetings of the PCH Alliance (formerly Continua Alliance).
